In preparation for the upcoming Congress, interested experts from around the world are able to discuss topics concerned with international community development on an online platform. The goal is to exchange and share information worldwide.
Come 4th of June, various discussion forums will be offered and new themes will be posted on a weekly basis.
In a virtual library texts and documents will be made available to the global community.
Not all members of this global online community will be able to attend the congress in Lucerne this September. In the lesser developed countries, this may also be due to economic reasons. Nevertheless, the potential of such a global network must be accounted for, with an international knowledge and experience exchange. This will be made possible through the collaborative ICT Knowledge Exchange Platform
